Needed a new roof on a large conservatory which was cold, noisy and leaked in wet windy weather. We live on a hill and are very exposed so an insulated solid roof was required. After several silly quotes and typical ‘salesman’ visits we invited Thermolite to come and quote.
That was, in retrospect, a fine move.
Gary came out and, with a refreshingly honest and friendly approach, he gave us confidence that this was the company to go with. His detailed description of the products used and the results we could expect along with a surprisingly affordable quote made the decision easy.
Joe and the team turned up exactly when they said they would and worked in some very challenging conditions (-3C) to get the job done in the timescale agreed.
All the mess was cleaned up inside and out and Joe was friendly and helpful whenever we had questions regarding the build. We now have a room with stunning views that is where we actually live most of the time, eat and watch tv in and where we can now entertain visitors with pride rather than embarrassment. The room was previously not usable in really cold weather, but now it is so much warmer.
There were a couple of slight niggles after the job was complete but after sale service was excellent and Joe came out promptly and sorted them.
All in all a very satisfied customer who would definitely recommend Thermolite.
